Return & Refund Policy

At The Whiskey Club, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Damages and Dented Boxes

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or with dented packaging:

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage via email before a return or replacement can be processed.

  • This report must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our collection, the following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Personalized/Monogrammed Items: Any items custom-engraved or tailored to your specifications.

  • Special Orders: Items ordered specifically at the customer's request that are not part of our standard inventory.

  • Wear and Tear: Items damaged through normal use, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

4. Right to Refuse a Return (Disclaimer)

The Whiskey Club reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange at our sole discretion. We may decline a return request for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Evidence of fraud or abuse of the return system.

  • Items returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold.

  • Requests made outside of the 30-day window.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your card issuer's policies).
