All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Tracking Labels: Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Activation: Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active and show movement within the carrier's system.

  • Schedule: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days after the order has been processed.

  • Guidelines: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that the estimated delivery window is a guideline rather than a guaranteed date.

3. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories. We also support shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses; however, please allow for slightly longer delivery times to these locations.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Whiskey Club is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages & Issues

The Whiskey Club is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as evidence before filing your claim.

6. Delays and Uncontrollable Factors

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. By purchasing from The Whiskey Club, you acknowledge that shipping may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier Issues: High seasonal volume, sorting facility delays, or labor strikes.

  • Environmental Factors: Severe weather, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.

  • Logistics: Incorrect address entry by the customer or power outages.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. The Whiskey Club is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or lost by the carrier, though we will do our best to assist you in the investigation process.
